WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE, BUT WE WANT TO BE CLEAR: WE OFFER THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE CAN'T GUARANTEE IT WILL ALWAYS BE PERFECT OR AVAILABLE. WE'RE CONSTANTLY WORKING TO IMPROVE, BUT THERE'S ALWAYS A CHANCE YOU MIGHT ENCOUNTER ISSUES. WE CAN'T MAKE GUARANTEES, JUST LIKE SAYING WE CAN'T PROMISE IT WILL WORK EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT TO, AND YOU AGREE TO USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. EVEN THOUGH WE CAN'T MAKE IRON-CLAD GUARANTEES, WE'RE HERE TO HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
