We prioritize clear communication and project definition throughout the development process. We work closely with you to understand your specific needs and identify any potential technical limitations upfront. This collaborative approach helps ensure a successful project outcome.
A full refund will be issued in the following situations:
Project Cancellation Before Production
If you choose to cancel the project before the production stage begins, we will provide you with a full refund. However, any non-refundable project initiation cost (if applicable) will be deducted.
If, during the development process, we encounter unforeseen technical limitations that prevent us from fulfilling your project requirements as agreed upon, we will provide you with a full refund.
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
$50 covers the initial project setup.
If you choose to cancel the project after the production stage has started, a refund will not be issued. However, in an act of goodwill, we can offer, at our discretion, a partial refund based on the progress made on your project.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms of this policy, please contact your account manager.
In the event of a dispute regarding this Refund Policy, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably through communication. However, if a resolution cannot be reached, we are committed to working with you to find a fair and satisfactory outcome.
